Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

1. Non-Custodial Architecture

Solarito operates as a non-custodial decentralized application interface. We do not store, access, or handle user private keys, seed phrases, or personal passwords. All wallet connections and transaction authorizations take place directly within your browser wallet extension (such as Phantom or Solflare).

2. Public Blockchain Transparency

Transactions initiated through Solarito are submitted directly to the public Solana blockchain network. By design, all public wallet addresses, token creation records, transaction hashes, and liquidity pool states are publicly visible and permanently recorded on the Solana ledger.

3. Information Collected & Local Storage

We do not collect personal identification information such as legal names, physical addresses, or contact information. The application utilizes standard browser local storage exclusively to persist user interface states (such as active navigation tabs and wallet adapter connection preferences).

4. Third-Party Services

Token metadata and images provided by users during token creation are pinned to the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) via third-party storage infrastructure (Pinata) to ensure metadata immutability. RPC requests are communicated through encrypted Solana node infrastructure (QuickNode).

5. Blockchain Immutability

Due to the immutable nature of public blockchain networks and decentralized IPFS storage, data submitted to the Solana network or IPFS cannot be modified, deleted, or erased once confirmed.

6. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory modifications. Continued usage of the Solarito application indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
